We offer a 10-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible products.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Original lab certificate, invoice, tags, and packaging must be returned intact
The item should not be damaged, altered, repaired, or tampered with
Customers may be requested to provide an unboxing/opening video for verification purposes
Returns without original certification or invoice may not be accepted

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and successfully verified by our quality team, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
Shipping, COD, transaction, and handling charges are non-refundable
International customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
Refund timelines may vary depending on banking partners and payment gateways

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange eligible products for another gemstone, rudraksha, or spiritual item.

Exchange requests must be made within the eligible return period
If the new product value is higher, the balance amount must be paid by the customer
Exchange is subject to product availability and verification

To maintain long-term trust and customer satisfaction, Astrojohari offers a Lifetime Buyback & Upgrade Facility on selected certified precious gemstones.

Buyback / Upgrade Benefits

Up to 50% buyback value of the original purchase amount
Up to 70% exchange value as store credit for future purchases

Applicable Conditions

Original invoice and laboratory certificate are mandatory
The gemstone must pass authenticity and condition verification
Applicable only on selected natural precious gemstones purchased from Astrojohari
Final eligibility will be determined after inspection by our experts

Jewellery & Studded Gemstone Policy

Once a gemstone has been mounted, studded, or set into any jewellery piece, it shall not be eligible for return or exchange, irrespective of whether the request is made within the 10-day return period or thereafter.

However, certain precious gemstones may still qualify under Astrojohari’s Lifetime Return Policy, subject to verification and approval.

Semi-precious gemstones that have been mounted or studded into jewellery are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and are not covered under the Lifetime Return Policy under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

Energized gemstones or energized rudraksha
Customized or personalized jewellery
Used, damaged, or altered products
Special-order or made-to-order products
Products missing original packaging, invoice, or certification
Semi-precious gemstones studded into jewellery

All gemstones, rudraksha, and crystals offered by Astrojohari are natural products created by nature. Minor inclusions, texture patterns, surface marks, or slight color variations are natural characteristics and should not be considered defects.
